Virus Protection for these crazy times - and beyond!

We're all exposed to viruses in the flu family and others that cause autoimmune illnesses. There are all kinds of viruses on this planet, some of them known, and many that have yet to be discovered by science and through medical research.


So how do we protect ourselves from viruses beyond the latest one causing so much fear and concern for ourselves and our family?


We start by keeping our immune system strong or help build it up in order to fight off pathogens and recover more quickly.

Viruses and all micro-organisms need food to live. And, there are certain foods that Viruses love to eat, which enables them to rapidly increase and get stronger - weakening your health. This is something not yet know to the western medical community.

Almost all of us having viruses living inside us. It's when these viruses start getting out of balance that all sorts of symptoms and conditions start cropping up causing us ill-health. So, the first real step is to stop eating certain foods that viruses love to eat to help them get stronger. And, by removing these foods from your diet, it will let your immune system do what it does best; strengthen your body in order to fight to keep you well. You'll be in a much better position to fight off any new virus in the flu strain or another type of virus.

What is the number one food viruses love? Eggs. I know, eggs are a staple in just about everyone's home and I loved them too. In fact I still do. I just have stopped eating them for a while.

What else? Milk, cheese, butter and other dairy products, plus gluten (found in baked goods, pasta etc) and corn.

If you have these foods in your diet right now, it gets to be difficult to fight viruses of any kind. I understand you may not want to remove all of these foods at once. You might be saying - What am I going to eat for breakfast or what am I going to put in my coffee?!

My best advise is to start removing one or two things at a time. You will start protecting yourself by eliminating what you can and this will begin to starve off the viruses. Continue removing the foods listed above, as you are able - or if you become sick.
